Main Instructor - Before the event, make sure the ice is prepped and rocks and equipment are in their proper place. While on the ice, facilitate lessons on the basics of curling for up to one sheet and up to 8 curlers. When instruction has completed, lead a short game. After on-ice time, assist with warm room activities, including assisting at the bar, answering questions and mingling with guests. Level I USA Curling instructor preferred but NOT required. Arrival time is no later than 30 minutes before the start of the event.
Ice Helper - Assist Main Instructor as needed. Once training time is completed, assist at your assigned sheet. After on-ice time, assist with warm room activities, including assisting at the bar, answering questions and mingling with guests. If the event does not have a Floater, take over the floater’s responsibilities. Arrival time is no later than 15 minutes before the start of the event.
Floater - Oversee check in before the event and make sure release forms have been completed. Instruct and assist participants with grippers. Assist event point of contact with food coordination as needed. Assist during on-ice instruction as directed. After on-ice time, assist with warm room activities as directed by the Bartender. Arrival time is no later than 15 minutes before the start of the event.
